Terms and Conditions for Newlywed Special™  Customers interested in claiming the Newlywed Special™ must enter into exclusive agreement with Lauren Dennis REALTOR® to solely represent them as their real estate agent in the purchase of their home for term of 6 months, to be renewed if agreed upon by all parties.  This agreement does not require client to purchase a home if they decide not to.  It is an agreement that if prospect does intend to purchase a home, they will exclusively work with Lauren Dennis as their REALTOR®. All properties including attached and detached homes, condos, manufactured homes, and land lots must be sent directly to Lauren Dennis to contact listing agents of the prospective homes to schedule and coordinate tours, negotiate offers, etc. to get the transactions to closing.  At close of escrow, Lauren Dennis REALTOR® agrees to contribute $500 cash towards buyer's closing costs per $250,000 purchase price.  (Example: $1000 cash towards $500,000 purchase price, and so on).  For all transactions, Lauren Dennis must be listed as the agent on the contract, and sellers must be offering at least 2.5% commission to buyers agent on sale. To be eligible for this promotion, prospects must submit proof of upcoming or completed wedding such as booking confirmation from the venue, or picture of the marriage certificate.
