Every year True Joy Realty does an exhibit at a Bridal Show in Georgia to meet soon-to-be newlyweds and offer our services to them as home buyers and/or sellers. Newlywed Special™ — Terms & Conditions

Exclusive Representation: Participants agree to work exclusively with True Joy Realty, for a 6-month term, renewable by mutual agreement. This does not obligate you to purchase a home, only to work exclusively with us if you choose to buy during the agreement.

Home Tours & Offers: All properties of interest, including houses, condos, manufactured homes, and land, must be sent to us so that we can coordinate showings, communicate with listing agents, negotiate offers, and guide you through closing.

Closing Cost Gift: At closing, we will contribute $500 toward the buyer’s closing costs for every $250,000 of purchase price (e.g., $500 for a $250,000 home or $1,000 for a $500,000 home).

Transaction Requirements: We must be listed as the buyer’s agent on the purchase contract, and the seller must offer at least 2.5% commission to the buyer’s agent.

Eligibility: Participants must provide proof of an upcoming or completed wedding, such as a venue booking confirmation or a photo of their marriage certificate.
