Get $1000 towards Closing Costs

Now through the end of the year I am offering $1000 towards closing costs to all buyers who close on a home with me this year, and meet the eligibility requirements below. 

 

Terms and Conditions for End of Year Special. 

Customers interested in claiming the End of Year Special must enter into exclusive buyer broker representation agreement with Lauren Dennis REALTOR® to solely represent them as their real estate agent in the purchase of their home for term of 6 months, to be renewed if agreed upon by all parties.  This agreement does not require the customer to purchase a home if they decide not to.  It is an agreement that if customer does intend to purchase a home, they will exclusively work with Lauren Dennis as their REALTOR®. This agreement can be altered or terminate at any time. All properties including, but not limited to attached and detached homes, condos, manufactured homes, and land lots must be sent directly to Lauren Dennis to contact listing agents of the prospective homes to schedule and coordinate tours, negotiate offers, etc. to get the transactions to closing.  At close of escrow, Lauren Dennis REALTOR® agrees to contribute $1000 cash towards buyer's closing costs.  Minimum purchase price of $250,000 purchase price is required for eligibility. For all transactions, Lauren Dennis must be listed as the buyer's agent on the contract, and sellers must be offering at least 3% commission to buyer's agent on sale.  If client is using government loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.) to purchase the property, this promotion is subject to guidelines and rules as determined and outlined by governing authorities for these loan products and services.
